From my very first interaction with Cherlyn and the team until the sale of my property my expectations were more than exceeded. As an Australian selling my flat in the UK, Cherlyn went above and beyond to make the process as seamless as possible which was all down to her communication. Ross and Chris were both extremely helpful throught the sale of our flat. We live 400 miles away from the property, but arranged to meet Ross and begin to arrange the marketing and sale process, expecting to stay in Edinburgh for at least 4 days. In fact he had organised a team whom we met and agreed the decoration; carpeting; staging and sales strategy with on the very first day.

He also recommended a small firm of Solicitors, who also proved to be as highly motivated and professional.
